Please do not hesitate to let us know if another supplier is charging less than our advertised rates and if we offer exactly the same in stock item then we will attempt to meet or beat that price - our telephone number is +44 (0)1702 813 037. Delivery charges to places outside the UK and some places not on the UK mainland are exempt from this offer.

Our site and prices are mostly geared toward sales to individuals requiring small quantities.

If you are interested in buying large volumes please contact us with details for a specific quotation.

Delivery Costs

All orders on this website will incur a minimum postage and packaging fee of £5.00 but anything over 2kg will be £8.00
For orders where delivery costs must be advised to you for any reason we will always contact you to confirm this with you.
Large items such as tables may be subject to additional delivery costs. If this is the case a member of our staff will advise you before any funds are taken.
Overseas delivery costs should be calculated during the order finalisation process, however, they are still subject to courier dimension and weight requirements.

Priority Packing

If your order is urgent, we highly recommend that you take advantage of this feature.

For an additional £7.00 to your order total we will guarantee that your order is processed first and despatched the same day (subject to our terms and conditions).
For any orders placed after 13:00 (1pm) that require next day delivery, we strongly recommend that you contact us by telephone to discuss your requirements and avoid disappointment!

Please let us know of any delivery deadlines or other useful information in the Order Comments field when you are placing your order.

VAT exemptions

During the order completion process our web cart should automatically remove the VAT charges for customers in Channel Islands.

Any EEC VAT registered company outside the UK will also get this deduction if a valid EEC VAT reference number is entered in the appropriate field during the completion process.

Currency Conversion Rates

As our shop is based in the United Kingdom all of our prices are therefore based upon GBP. When selecting an alternative currency our website will automatically calculate new prices for you based upon the exchange rate between GBP and your currency.

We will endeavour to keep the rate from GBP to any other listed currency as accurate as possible; however, when placing an order without the GBP currency option you should be prepared for any fluctuation in price from that which was quoted to you.
