Returns & Cancellations Policy
We are very confident that you will be extremely satisfied with our products or service - so if there is any kind of problem please first contact us with your complaint for advice.
If you have changed your mind or do not like an item, then in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you have the right within 7 working days (starting from the day after the receipt of the goods) to advise us in writing at the address provided below or by email that you wish to cancel or return your order.
If the goods have already been dispatched you will be responsible for the cost and arrangements for returning our goods, as well as the fees connected to sending the goods.
If goods have not been dispatched we will endeavour to refund your money the same day as your notification is received, less any costs for work done to prepare your order.
If goods have been sent to you then we will endeavour to issue refund the same day that goods have been returned to us. You should make allowances for busy periods or essential staff absences; however, this should not delay things by more than 30 days.

Exemptions
Customised goods are exempt from all refunds unless not fitting the ordered specification - wrong initials, wrong colour chip, wrong number etc. We will minimise this risk by always providing samples where possible and at least a proof to be approved by you prior to our undertaking any such personalised work.
Important Information
For your own peace of mind we strongly recommend obtaining suitable proof of dispatch and check insurance provisions for any valuable items.
Depending on the circumstances of your return you may be responsible for return delivery costs. Large business orders may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee and make necessary adjustments if goods are returned damaged, so please take care with packaging your returns.
When returning goods from outside the United Kingdom please make sure you clearly mark the box as returned goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
