This chip is a high quality multi colour moulded plastic chip that has a recessed area to enable a special full colour printed label to be inserted with your own personal design.
If the design you want printed on the chip is simple or any graphics are provided electronically in an editable .eps format (ideally for adobe illustrator - any credible graphic studio will be able to do this for you) or high resolution jpg (at least 600 pixels in length and width) then we won’t charge anything for the nominal amount of time that we have to spend to prepare your design for reproduction.
If you would like us to design something specifically for you then a basic artwork fee will apply for any significant time in house artist spends working on your project. This is charged at 30 pounds per hour but an estimate will be provided for your approval once a general idea is provided.
The labels inserted are laminated with a thin layer of translucent plastic material that protects the printed label from getting scratched but this process takes 3-6 weeks depending on quantity and our order cycle but this can be done more quickly for an extra 50% cost. Note there is a also a minimum extra fee of £60.00 for quick delivery.
If you want to save costs then you can elect to stick the labels on yourself and you can apply a 25% discount to the prices quoted. If you want to make your order online then please add a note like SELF STICK in the comments box that appears on stage 2 of the order completion process.
