If you require our artist to convert your design / images into the .eps format that are required to create a good quality image to create a block to print then a charge will be required. This charge is not required for simple letters (like your initials) or altenative numbers but complicated combinations of these in not typewriter type mode will require the .eps format.
NOTE that the hot foil process is not a perfect printing process and we have found very thin lines and thick areas rarely reproduce well. We will provide you with a proof prior to obtaining your authority to make a block. For numbers and initials please add your needs to comments when completing your order, or email us the details. Please send any artwork files in an email to art.work@poker-shop.co.uk in the highest resolution possible up to 1mb is normally sufficient. Note that if you are not expecting this charge we will obtain your permission prior to proceeding.
