This chip is a high quality but fairly standard 2 colour moulded plastic chip that has a recess area to enable a special full colour printed label to be inserted with your own personal design. The labels used are laminated with a thin layer of translucent plastic material that protects the printed label from quickly getting scratched. It will also resist liquid spills for a reasonable period but if you believe your chips could be immersed in water or similar for several days then you can upgrade the label to a very strong variety and this adds 25% to the prices quoted.
If you would like us to design something specifically for you then a basic artwork fee will apply for any significant time in house artist spends working on your project. This is charged at 30 pounds per hour but an estimate will be provided for your approval once a general idea is provided.
If the design you want printed on the chip is provided electronically in an editable .eps format or high resolution jpg (any credible graphic studio will be able to do this for you) then we won’t charge anything for the nominal amount of time that we have to spend to prepare your design for manufacture.
We anticipate delivery will usually be 3-4 weeks as we need to bundle several orders together to make a reasonable quantity to order from our supplier. Whilst we have already supplied several poker clubs with these type of chips we only promoted this facility on our web cart in February 2009. The supplier usually takes 2 weeks to produce and provide goods from the point we provide them with the artwork. Therefore, if you wish to receive your order in 2 weeks this is usually possible but extra charges will apply to cover extra costs incurred by making any order earlier than we would otherwise like. Please call for details of our current work in progress for an idea of such extra fees.
If you want to save costs then you can elect to stick the labels on yourself and you can apply a 25% discount to the prices quoted. If you want to make your order online then please add a note like SELF STICK to the comments back that appears on stage 2 of the order completion process.
